Driving Ambitions Open House 6/23

There's an Outback not to far from Shad's shop and a couple of other sit down places.

There is the Outback and lots of other places. I grew up in Sacramento and one thing hasn't changed - there are two things to do here - shop and eat, so people will have lots of food options should they not be able to join the BBQ.

Anyone not able to attend the BBQ who wants Japanese food should check out Mikuni. Good Japanese from what I remember. From Shad's shop it's about 2.5 miles East on HWY 50 and then about a mile North on Hazel Ave.

Crap Crap Crap...

The truck that is suppose to transport my NSX broke down and it may not be repaired in time so my NSX can be delivered for this event. I am now working with Ben's transporter and he will let me know by this afternoon if he can do it or not. He told me if he had known about this on Tuesday, he could have picked it up as he had a delivery in Costa Mesa, which is the next to Santa Ana. I said, I was just told yesterday about the break down.

I will keep every one posted.

I am now working with Ben's transporter and he will let me know by this afternoon if he can do it or not. seems like a good opportunity for nsxca to do some recruiting, as well as niello to do some selling i have a few parts i'd like to put on order with them while i'm there. (i also have no issue with chipping in a few $'s to defray event costs)

I am expecting people to show up somewhere between 10:30 and 11:00. Lunch is somewhere around 12:30. Then hang out until people want to go home. Nice simple agenda.

Had I realized that 62 NSX's were going to show up (I was expecting maybe 25), I would have planned more stuff.
