Driver's Side Window Doesnt Completely Close

My drivers side window stops about one inch from the top. Looks like the front stopper plate is keeping it from going up completely (the stopper plate looks like it raises to its top position to stop the window from closing, an inch from the top) but I could be wrong. I've got the door panel off, so if anyone has any ideas about this, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks.

Found the problem. The front stopping plate was in upside down, so it was not aligning properly with the part of the window that the stopping plate touches to stop the window, and so it was stopping an inch before the top. I was able to remove it and turn it rightside up and it fixed the problem. But, boy, getting that door back on and reattaching all of the electrical connections wasnt easy,
