This weekend, the guys (and my girl) wanted to go up the Deal's gap in NC for alittle R&R (roads and running). For those of you who know this road in this area, it IS one hell of a place to run. 11 miles with 318 turns. The guys brought their motorcycles, I brought my car. I knew my girlfriend would not like riding on the back of a bike on such twisty roads and since I had not had a chance to test the DALI sways-no choice- the car it is.
That day was crowded, from dogs,hunters, bicycles, motocyles, we were in for some interesting road travel. The S2000 group I guess had a rally and 15 plus cars all rolled pass us as we made our way up the mountain. All blew their horns as we went by-which was kinda cool. However on the way back down, we passed this one in the mountain. http://www.taleofthedragon.com He was fine and in good spirits. He joked about it only having 5200 miles. I glad he didn't go the other way. It's a loooong way down.
