Why does it always have to end in religious debate?
Dubai is very different from other arab states in every way. You got a mosque on one side of the road and a nightclub on the other side
My father did business with this pakistani guy from Dubai, and I met his son. He said that the car-hype is crazy there. I am planning to travel to Dubai next winter, and will come up with complete report on how it actually is there (to kill or confirm rumours).
That kid also said that he and his friend went to this Techart/ Lamborghini/ Brabus tuner shop, and pretended to be loaded with cash, and took a 650 hp or something 911/996 TT (tuned by Techart) and a Lamborghini Gallardo for a testdrive
I'm planning to do the same My dream is to own a Porsche Carrera GT, but I'm short 95% of the money needed 
, so my second biggest dream is to testdrive a Carrera GT... I'm really hoping to find someone there with this car
