Dome / Interior light vibration noise

I did a search on this and didn't find anything easily.

My interior / dome light vibrates and makes an anoying noise intermittantly.

Has anyone ever experienced / found a fix for this issue?

lol, my dome light is making noise too b/c of the cold weather. I havent opened it yet, but I was gonna fill the void with a piece of paper... talk about ghett...

If the base comes off easily, I was gonna line it with felt tape and put it back in. It's about the only rattle in the car so far.

Are you sure it's the dome light or the headliner? The plastic plug that secures the headliner to the roof directly behind the dome light could have outlived its usefulness. If you press up on the headliner in that area and hear a slight "snap" you've found the problem.
