I e-mailed this guy asking about the history of the car and got a response.

He responded fairly fast, too bad he can not spell. I would recommend against sending 72k to people who can not spell/edit their e-mail correctly. Further, I would recommend not sending 72k to people with aol/hotmail e-mail addresses.

[End DoWhile]

It is too bad people use ebay for scams. It hurts the legitimate users/sellers. I have bought/sold MANY items on ebay and it is a great resource.

he doesnt tell me those things."

Ebays response kind of bothers me. They are basically saying Caveat Emptor (hope I spelled that correctly)

I have bought and sold quite a bit on Ebay and have never had a problem, but you do have to have your antenna out- if you have half a brain you can tell if something is fishy.

What is unfortunate is that apparently Ebay wont step in to protect those less in the know about certain products. The number of scams on Ebay is well documented.

As usual:

> use your head
> if it looks fishy, run
> if it is too good to be true, it is
> ask lots of questions
> engage experts
> never do biz with hotmail addresses

a fool and his money are soon parted....

then again, an NSX owner and his money are also soon parted ;>

no $hit!

Hey Pacacu

I thought I was the only one around here with NSX-R wheels! Are yours the '92-'93 or the '94-'95 NSX-R wheels? How much did you pay for yours? About the seats...the NSX-R seats were available in black as well. There's a pair selling at Macs for about $2,000 per seat...used.

Anyway, that ad was pretty entertaining.
