Do 97+ have different service schedule?

Always thought the schedule was the same as the 91-96s but I was told by a 97+ owner that it's different. Can anybody confirm this? If this is the case, can someone scan the page out of their service manual, I would like to know the recommended service intervals for the t-belt and the water pump. Also would like to know what the 60K and the 90K entails. Thanks in advance!

If I recall correctly, they changed the recommended interval on changing the timing belt from 90K miles or 6 years, whichever comes first, to 105K miles or 7 years. They may have also extended the interval on oil changes...?

You can look in your owner's manual, or in the FAQ section on Maintenance - Schedule.

Perhaps someone here with a '97+ can compare the schedule in his owner's manual with the FAQ schedule and note the differences here.

What's a good characterization of "severe conditions"?

Refer to the link nsxtasy posted.

Like I said, I would follow the schedule that's outlined in the owner's manual for your particular year, rather than following the ones for a newer model year.
