There is one on Valley Blvd (san gabriel?) I think it's called 888 seafood or some other numbers

A littel drive out there for OC people, but I think it'll be fun, with great food.

Dim Sum

The best place is on Atlantic called NBC Seafood, just south of Garvey, but I have not been there for a while. JMHO

Great dim sum....with plenty of easy parking will do it. I was thinking of the sumthing dragon on beach/westminster.......we can fit in about 100 cars

NBC Seafood is a great place for Dim Sum, I go there every sunday.

Parking is not bad at NBC Seafood, but it depend on the time we meet. 8AM is good but I am not sure if they open that early.

The place I am thinking of has a very nice and big parking lot. Only thing is I can't remember what time they open in the morning. I'll try to find out during the week.

Lunch in Santa Monica! :0 I see the day filling up with food, drive, eat more , drive more..,

Thought we're supposed to remove unsprung weight off the car.

Let us know what time they open, set up the reservation and plan on spending a few hours together in the morning bullshitin and cruisin

Just found out. NBC Seafood in Monterey Park opens at 8AM everyday.

That will work for us.

Than we can cruise down to PCH, take the scenic road and have lunch at Hooters in Newport Beach ?(maybe)

Count us in for Dim Sum only. . .

Because, I'm definately not into cruising PCH - it's boring, and way too many 5-O's at the beaches. I thought we were trying to pamper our cars by exercising them, not sitting in traffic looking at scenery! Might as well drive the family car = <a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/7/7_11_115.gif' alt='Tired' border=0></a> BORING!!!!

I was hoping for more of a mountain/twisty drive. Oh well

just found out, it's 888 seafood in San Gabriel for those that are familiar with the area.

They open 9am daily, although their parking lot is nice and big, but I think timeline works better with the other place.

ps. isn't NBC seafood the one on channel 2 news a few years back with the kitchen issues?

That's what spurt all the LA restaurants to have ratings now.

I really do not know if NBC Seafood had an issue before, but I'm open for other suggestions. Also, I do not know any twisties in the surrounding cities are Monterey Park

Where do you think we can go after Dim Sum for some twisties??

Hmmmm. . ..sounds like a fun dim sum run.

Considering this is so close to where I live, I dunno if I could pass this up. I have yet to attended any "get togethers" since owning the NSX, so maybe this could be my first.

Could I tentatively accept (because depending on what happens the previous night, waking up early would be difficult)?
