please help, my mouse is at the edge of the mouse pad and I need to hit the close button in the browser. It's very close but is like an inch away. I'm running windows xp with a microsoft mouse. My friend who knows computers isn't answering and I really need to get work done.
Thanks

[update]
I've updated this thread from my laptop. I tried putting in the windows xp cd to restore the computer but that window popped up under my browser which I can't close since the mouse is at the pad edge. So finally out of frustration I hit the power button on the computer monitor to see if that did anything. Now all I see is a black screen. Tomorrow I'm taking this to the shop. Hopefully the fixed this problem in Windows 7

That is freaking insane. The nsx should be a rescue vehicle. btw someone PLEASE get the vin on that car. I don't want to see it in classifieds as minor water damage.
You won't see it is as minor water damage. You'll see it posted as "never been driven while raining". Only stored in a garage.....and so forth.
I honestly don't see the problem of why he wouldn't just go over the lawns or at least on the very edge of the road where it's more shallow. Who knows, maybe the owner was getting his timing belt done and that was the mechanic test driving it.
dang, can't take a weekend off around here!
