Just speak to whom is in charge, but always be respectful. Its evident that the person you spoke with in not very customer savy. In the end you will command more respect from his superiors and be more credible as a customer that only wants things done right, not anything more than what is normally expected.

As a business owner I let the people know that work for me that the sun shines on everyones home the same way it does yours.
Being the owner of a fancy car, home or other objects makes you nothing special in my book b/c at the end of the day all a man has is his work and his word. So do what is right and treat folks fairly and you will gain their respect and they should treat you in the same manner....nothing more & nothing less!

Good luck.

Well said.. well said.

If only more people had this attitude, the world would be a much better place.

they said they had to drive it that long to lift the cams

they had to drive it that many miles to make sure everything is working right

they found out 2 more oil leaks (which were vtec solenoid gasket ,just a filter, and oil pan gasket) and they wanted to split the cost with me

and thats about it..

But if they did it to "Lift the cams" why would they want to split some cost? They did it because it needed to... so nothing that they should come to an agreement with you...
