As a business owner I let the people know that work for me that the sun shines on everyones home the same way it does yours.
Being the owner of a fancy car, home or other objects makes you nothing special in my book b/c at the end of the day all a man has is his work and his word. So do what is right and treat folks fairly and you will gain their respect and they should treat you in the same manner....nothing more & nothing less!
