Dashboard rattles

My dashboard rattles heavily when I go over 100 mph.
Can anyone tell me what is causing this?
I can't feel from the steering wheel or from wheels when the dash rattles.

Try balancing your two front tires, or the bottom cover underneith the steering wheel might be loose
