Damper rebuilt in Canada ?

I will be pulling my JIC coilovers off the car , and I am wondering if anyone knows who can rebuilt them here in Canada.

I am in Toronto so the closer the better, but I will ship them if the shop is reliable.

There is a shop in Montreal that does this type of aftermarket shock rebuilt service. The name escapes me at the moment, but I'll look it up on Monday.
