Cut through images...

Very nice work! I think I'll have to compare his NSX drawing with the other popular cutaway (David Kimble I believe).

Personally, I like this one over David kimble's version. Sorry Dave.

Too bad he shows a car that's Spa Yellow ('97+ in North America) with a car that's otherwise from '91-93 (wheels, exhaust, engine compartment fan, no brace in the engine compartment, ivory interior)...

There are a couple more NSX images if you click on "stock images" over on the right.
Very nice!

Aha! Looks like the yellow one is just a color swap from the red image.

Yesterday, I saw an engine compartment picture that got me thinking, and this cut-away illustration half answers my question. The early models seem to have a fan located in the hole on the right side of the engine compartment, where air gets in from the side intake. Does it have a termostat control or does it run constantly? I think I would like to install one in my car.

I think it has a thermostat - mine comes on after I'm stopped for a few seconds at a light.

Buggers!

I just checked with the local ripoff artist/dealer and the fan, shroud, housing, nuts and bolts, are $630.00:-o

I think I'll check with the salvage yard.

I think i've got a spare one in my basement that you can have. I'm not 100% sure...

Very cool! Thanks!

I am more than happy to pay you something for it, there must be something you want for your car?
