Had my wheels repaired. 3 of the wheels had curb rash from the previous owner (some might know who it is ).

Had the work done at Precision Wheel Works. The results turned out great.

I took some before/after shots. However, there arent too many after shots since, honestly, it was a bit hard to find where the work was done, even up close!

The old curb rashes were even visible from a few feet away. Now, you really have to be inches from it and know what to look for to even notice that any repair was done. In the end, i was happy that the wok was done.

One thing though, they told me that they torqued it and inflated the wheels/tires to specs. But i had to take it to Les Schwabs to have it retorqued since it was a bit under. Same with pressure, it was running on the low side. but that isnt a big deal.

The work took a whole day. I made sure i wrote down the milage, down the tenth of a mile, and attached it to the dash. They know that i know the current mileage on it and that should they even take it for a joy ride, i would definitely notice the change in the odometer. I also told them that i would be dropping by randomly during the day to check out on the progress. They took good care of the car.

How much to repair all 3 wheels? (if you don't mind me asking).

Can I ask how much they charge for curb rash repair? Wheels Technique in Santa Clara has a minimum charge of $125.
