I've had these for over a year now and they work great. I wanted a better seal on the door because the shop is climate controled. It's basicly new side tracks that have bends at the closed door wheel positions. So when the door is closed, It's pressed tight against the wall and a new seal that is provided in the kit. I also added new outside door trim and new bottom seal. I didn't check the utility difference but before you could feel the air coming in. It makes a great seal and even keeps out most of the bugs I got before (and one snake).

I didn't know of these before I got them so thought I would share for anyone else that hasn't heard of them.

Since I had to remove the side rails, I also took that time to replace the noisy old steel rollers with new ball bearing nylon rollers.

Cheers
