Update after the Comptech sway bar install & NSX-R chasis bar (lower):
The front bars, (After "Double Reverse") Fit my car with the Koni and Eibach setup fine. There were no need for spacers or any die grinding at all.
The plastic collars that come with the CT Sways are snug once you press them together, but as Hrant has posted; they will not hold on track days or very aggressive driving
Under load, I have not heard any nor seeen any sign of the bar contacting the chasis bar or tray.
I am setting the car up in increments.
The first being the front sway and the lower chasis bar.
I have a targa and my aim is to stop some of the body roll and support the chasis.
After taking the car down and eyeball checking for any clearance issues, I drove the car at regular street speeds and noticed that it does feel a little tighter up front and inputs and feedback are much more pronounced. I like the feeling of the car at this point.
A few moments later, I was in a more aggressive mode. On ramps, clover leafs and on and off camber turns and I can really tell the difference, the car turns in much better and it most definitely rolls less.
The car seems to understeer a little more now, simply requiring more input from the steering wheel and throtle. I really like how the car feels when driven aggressively.
I was too late to get the car on the track so I will have to skip that part at this point.
Next, I will install the front Chasis Bar (NSX-R) and the front clamps designed by Titanium Dave. The fit and finish of all components have been excellent so far.
Eventually, in the next few weeks, the car will have the rear CT swaybar, rear chasis bar, Brembos, added to the suspension upgrade.
I think the results will be great for the track.
