Cooling for Turbo?

Probably 5-6 psi. I would like to see about 400-425, as long as those numbers are safe for a stock motor. Frank

Frank, you are too optimistic... 400-425 is a little high for 5-6 PSI. I can see 350-375. But then what do I know about turbo and PSI.;)
IMHO, I'd rather have low expectation and then get something more but the vice versa is hard to swallow sometimes.
I am very tempted to get this set up... but the economy is not helping.

Frank , 5-6 psi will NOT get you 400hp . You will need something like 10psi for the 400-425 , unless you are talking crank HP.

As previously discussed , you will see around 300 - 350 with 5-6psi , and this depends on tuning and wether you are using methanol inj.

If you are going to run 10 psi to get your 400 - 425hp , you should be running methanol , this will only make your engine last longer.

No intercooler in the world will help raise the octane of your fuel.

I'm gonna run 7 psi and I'll be more than happy to get 380 whp

If tuned right , this is very realistic , my own car made 360@6psi with FMU and methanol inj.
