Moisture in the boot and possible bad seals or top of the light leaks. Do a search for this and you'll see many posts on different fixes. I took mine out and drilled 2mm holes underneath and reseal the top with a black RTV. Moisture gone. All in all is a time consuming process and you'll need a deep 8 mm socket and box wrench to make life easy. If your foam seals are bad some weatherstriping can help a make a makeshift one.
