Comptech Cats question

Has anyone put the Comptech high flow Cats on their car yet? The dealer said mine are running too cool, thus I'm having trouble passing smog (already tried lengthy warm up sessions). Anyone have issues of this sort after changing to free flow exhaust?
Running RM muffler and Comptech headers.

Are the CT Cats louder?...performance?

Well...the dealer says the Cats are screwed up. Weird for only 28k miles. They are replacing them for free, so I guess I won't get the Comptechs Cats.
