I have a '91 red and painted my calipers red. Chromatose was kind enough to surprise me by painting the letters "NSX", as well as the lines black, so it kind of resembles Darth Maul.
It's a cool look.
For your silver car, I would go with the way Vytas and BladesNSX did it... black with silver lettering.
