Mike, I am always floored at the prestine shape of your car & attention to detail. I am tinking of doing the tips of my lugs in black when I repair the wheel studs on mine. I may have to call you in to supervise!

I have red lugs on my car. Not a great pic but you get the idea. Mine are a slightly darker red more like a wine red but I liked that better than the bright red ones.

However You have to uber careful with them as they scratch very very easily. I may try the paint trick on one to see what it looks like.
