Coffee Meet at Bridgepointe on April 4th

Darn, I'll be at SF State for open house, then to Guitar center to drool over some guitars I can't afford lol.

Damn, I was hoping to kick it with Bill!

For the east bay folks.....I will be at Hooters in Dublin around 9:30am if you want to cruise together to san mateo.

Sounds like fun. I'm coming from Lafayette...a little further maybe, but since I've only had my car for a month, I'm up for any reason to take it out for a drive on a nice day! I might be bringing my 12 yr old son, Nick.

See you tomorrow morning.

Chris

Ok Chris.....btw nice car.

I think I'll try to make it out to this meet. =) Anyone from Hayward or near Hayward going to head out there?

We can meet you at the gas station at A street and 880, close to Cosco. Let us know.

Tariq & Bill,
Are you two joining us too?

Phong

Hope to see you guys tomorrow.

Doug

Sounds like fun... but the map link you posted is NOT correct. Your map directs us to "Bridgepoint Lane"... I'm guessing this map leads to houses.

Please advise.

Sorry, wrong link. Good catch.

The address is:
Starbucks
2249 Bridgepointe Pkwy
Foster City, CA 94404

(650) 357-1533

The Starbucks is at the Bridgepointe Mall in Foster City, which can be seen off of the 92. Some land marks are Red Robin Restaurant and the Ice Rink. I think the Starbucks in next to a Verizon store.

I hope this helps.

Mike

Mike,
Are you referring to
2292 Bridgepoint Pkwy
San Mateo
or
2249 Bridgepointe Pkwy
Foster City

These Starbucks are about 1.5 miles apart? Please clarify. Is it in the same shopping mall as Mimi's Cafe?
Thanks,
Alan

In last Sundays Chapter Meet, someone brought up that there has not been a Coffee Meet in a very long time. So, we all decided that we should have one this Saturday April 4th at 10am at the Starbucks at Bridgepointe in San Mateo. So if you have the time and want to hang out with some really cool people, (I heard Bill aka racer-ex will be there ) then come on down. We may even grab a bite to eat for lunch while were there.

Below is a link with the address:

Alan,

Mimi's is in Bridgpoint. I believe the starbucks is at the other end by the restaurants. I might actually be able to show for this one even though I'm not a coffee person

Ariel, i was hoping to see your car yesterday cause yellow is growing on me lately.

It was good to see everyone again and some new faces.

Thanks to everyone who came out for the coffee meet. I counted about 12 or 13 NSX's, 1 S2K and 1 Ducati. It was fun hanging with some old friends and meeting some new ones.

Chris a new NSX owner brought his son Nick with him and I was very impressed with the enthusiasm Nick has for the NSX. And not to let the cat out of the bag, Chris has some major plans for his 05 NSX, so we look forward to seeing the progress of his project.

Gerrard who relocated from Southern California came out to hang with us. And talk about being unique, he bought his NSX with a sunroof and to be quite honest it looked pretty good and it worked really well.

JR brought out his GP White NSX. He had 17-18 Fiske rims and lowered on eibach and bilsteins.

I also met Doug for the first time, but unfortunately, I did not get a chance to talk with you other than an introduction. I hope we can talk more at the next meet.

Ethan brought a friend (sorry forgot your name) in his S2K and is potentially looking to buy an NSX.

The old friends

James with his new center caps. Hot Hot Hot!!!
Tariq and his son
Ashik - please move your NSX:biggrin:
Harry
Gene - Ducati
Gill
Jimmy
Travis
Fong
Alan
Ken
Jim and Margie

I hope I didn't miss anyone.

Until we meet again.

Mike

I had a great time at the meet and look forward to more upcoming ones. It was nice to meet so many people and I'll try to get the pictures that I took uploaded tonight.

Mike,
Ethan's friend is Tim.
Fong is spell with a "P" Phong.
Chip was also there, but he left early.
I think Tariq and Chris are passing the NSX heritage to their son, and possibly a new crop of NSX enthusiast.
Nice to meet new NSX owners and get updates from Bay Area regulars.
Nice showing and thank you Mike for posting the thread.
