Since we're in Michigan, we had them done here; http://qccoatings.com/cc.php

They offered 3 finish choices of Ceramic Coating, we went with the High Luster Silver 1600* version (inside and out).
Cost including the primary (CT) headers and secondary (LoveFab) pipes was around $250, and should bump up the thermal efficiency as well.
