The Officers of the NSXCA Bay Area Chapter is pleased to announce that we have finalized the Christmas Dinner preparations for 2009.

Price per person is $65.00 which includes tax and tip (beverages and alcohol will be separate)
The Sundance Steakhouse has a private room with a capacity for 30 guests, which is about 10 seats less than the last years Christmas Dinner. So if you would like to attend, please reply to this e-mail announcement as soon as you are able. With the Officers and their guests attending, there are 26 open slots remaining.

Each person selects from one of the following:
Mixed Green Salad with Creamy Italian
Crisp Romaine Caesar Salad
New England Clam Chowder
MAIN ENTRÉE
Each person selects from one of the following:
Slow-Roasted Prime Rib, 12 oz.
Slow-Roasted Prime Rib carved lean to order with hot au jus & creamy horseradish. Served with today's fresh vegetable & roasted garlic mashed potatoes.
U.S.D.A Prime Filet Mignon
Charbroiled Prime Filet accompanied with a cabernet mushroom bordelaise sauce. Served with today's fresh vegetable & roasted garlic mashed potatoes.
Shellfish Combo Saute
Diver Sea Scallops paired with Jumbo Gulf Prawns sauteed in a white wine garlic sauce. Served with today's fresh vegetable and wild rice pilaf.
Fresh Pacific Swordfish
Flame broiled & accompanied with fresh mango salsa on the side. Served with today's fresh vegetable & wild rice pilaf.
Sauteed Chicken Marsala
Lightly pounded chicken breast sauteed in a mushroom marsala wine sauce. Served with today's fresh vegetable & roasted garlic mashed potatoes.
DESSERT COURSE
Each person selects from one of the following:
Fresh Strawberries with Grand Marnier Sauce
New York Cheesecake
Chocolate Torte
As part of the festivities we will be holding a raffle similar to what we did last year and to participate you must bring an un-wrapped new toy to receive a raffle ticket. The toys will be donated for the Toys for Tots Christmas campaign. There are several vendors who already have committed in making a donation to our raffle.
Last year was great fun and we hope to have as much fun or more at this years Christmas Dinner.
