Hello friends;

I need help. Yesterday I got my car out after almost 1 year and changed the oil, plugs and one of the ac lines that had a leak near the condensor. When I reached home my car overheated. Turns out to be that the ccoling fan was not working and I had the ac on. Can some one suggest what happened. Why would the fan stop working.I have a 91 with 80 k miles in immaculate condition. Never had this or any problems with the car.

I have emailed Larry Bastanza and await a reply. He has helped me many times before. But I will appreciate any response from fellow members.

Thanks

Aamir

Condenser fans are different than the radiator fan. A bad condenser fan will not cause car to over heat That may be a separate problem. Reasons for overheating: Not enough fluid in cooling system-leaked out over the year, air in system, sticking thermostat, lastly radiator fan. Does car overheat while moving or sitting still more
