Can't find OBD-1 Port/Connector

Like the title says, I cant seem to locate the OBD-1 on my 94. I know it should be on the passenger side footwell. Any help is appreciated.

There are no OBD anything ports in a '94. There is the blue service connector u need to jump on the passenger side. Read wiki on how to pull & read codes. Use a paper clip to jumper the terminal & read blinks on instrument panel.
