Hey Fellow Canadians,

If any of you have a 91 or a 92 "Canadian VIN" NSX can you PM me your VIN number?

I'm working on completing the Canadian registry of NSX's and so far Ben and I have got 1993 to 2005 completed.

I'm not setting a timeframe for completing it however, my hockey season is done and its getting rather hot in Dubai to do anything else!

Cheers,
Cameron

What was the total number of canadian nsx's produced in its 15 years of production?. I remember reading somewhere that the number was like 943ish but can't seem to find it anymore on wiki

Click here for a link to Canadian Honda/Acura new car sales figures by model, including the NSX, through 2004. Note that these numbers are by year sold, not by model year.

P.S. Bram, I see what you changed in that quote!

My car is number 366 and it was built in June of 91. That means there are probably less than 400 Canadian 91 NSX if they shut down the line for holidays and a new year starts.

Cool! Thanks guys who posted and those who've pm'd me so far.

It helps as I can identify series and eventually compare the VIN's to the actual production numbers NSXTASY has provided in that link above. So far we are pretty well on track.

As for the chart I put up in 08 I've taken it down and will post back up once I've finished this project.

We had a thread a long time ago where we where laying down our vins.
I can't find it right now.
I was asking if anyone had anything older than my 800045 Red/Black produced in 1990.

Terry in Kelowna has number 800029 Red/Black

I'll keep looking for it. Probably 5 years old that thread.

205,000 km currently.

So, I'm going through some of my older NSX files and I tripped over this one. When I mouse over it in my file list, it says the author is Cameron Webb and I PDF'd it on Nov 19, 2009 but I don't recall the source but I suspect if was from Prime.

After posting this, I had a better look at the file and it says that Ben or Jetpilot3 should be contacted for discrepancies. Was this the file that was withdrawn .. and why?

My '91 is Sebring Silver/black #429

Cam, besides the vin/production number details, is there anyway to isolate where these cars were sold back then? At least by dealership. It would be interesting to see where most of the 1st owners were located in each of model/year.

In the GTA, I only know of two original owners and they are both are black/onyx 1994s.

I remembered reading years and years ago that Toronto and Vancouver were the two prominent areas that the NSX had initial demand. Only Acura or Honda Canada would know that information and honestly getting their assistance two years ago for this VIN help was like pulling teeth and didn't really give us any extra info.

Ben and I are Skyping this weekend to go thru these VIN's and more...almost done.

I'm in trouble now. In the owner's forum I have listed my car as #1. It's a 3 year old thread. I don't know how that happened.
