Camber in mm or inches?

Billy,
1) Thanks again for instructing me at Streets of Willow last Friday! I'm definately quicker for doing so.
2) Thanks for letting me use your new video camera. I was just watching the videos with your outboard camera on the front wheel and was really surprised at how little vertical motion the front wheel has while on track. I was worried that the front 235 R888 Toyo's were going to rub, but they didn't.
(For those interested, I'm running 1000lb front springs with Penske's).
Ryan

BTW - For anyone looking to go quicker (and safer), consider hiring Billy as your driving coach. You won't be dissapointed.
Hey Ryan,

No problem, you were great to work with as always and I was really impressed with the changes made to your car. It's quite quick and I was pleased with your driving and the times you were making. Seat time is really key at your stage, this once every few months thing isn't helping. Bring your co-workers to the track more often!

I'm gonna put the videos up on youtube (and I'll burn you a CD). the go-pro cameras were awesome (www.goprocamera.com), and yes you could see that their wasn't too much suspension travel with the 1000s up front, but they were working very well...

Thanks for the plug :)
I tried without for a few days but doesn't work for me. I have gravel in front of my house. The tires pick up the gravel and deposit it behind the wheel.
The liners prevent this.

Oh well.
Where is gravel building up/getting stuck?

Hrant,

I have told you that the 235 toyo were a little wide and the rubbed on my car the once and only time I ran them. Above someone has said they are 24.4dia, and the 225/40/17 Hoosier is 23.9 in dia, with 9.4 sec width and 8.5 tread width on the 8" rim. Like I told you last time at Sears Point you should put on my spare set of wheels with the Hoosiers mounted on them and you passed. Armando is using the spare set this Saturday at Infineon. Maybe you can use Dons or Kips spare set for a session.

Steve

With this kind of love Steve, how can I go wrong ........

I believe we are going to have a good contingency of NSXs on Saturday; and this time, I will try a set from whomever I have to beg or steal

I tried, I liked, and I want :eek::biggrin:

That is the story of the Hoosiers that I borrowed from Steve. Using the same current setting, and the Hoosiers were mounted on Volk C28 high pad wheels as well, I had no rubbing even with Steve as a passenger and that says a lot ....... the tires really add to the handling of the car; areas were I used to thread the throttle now I was on it
