There are a lot of Vietnamese American in Santa Ana, and Pho is one of our favorite dish (spreading out to other ethnic group, too.) I am Vietnamese and I would love to do something like this.

Yeah, I'll second that... Pho 79 is the BEST! I always eat there. I park my car there all the time too.
