The only reason why I could see so is if they had to do a full hysterectomy or if there was a tear of uterus during birth. If that's the case, then it's not a true "C-section".

Thanks guys. Just as I thought. Someone asked me to do something at a certain time for her because she has a scheduled c-section. I guess she thought I didn't know she already delivered the baby?
