I have been told that NSX OEM stereo has a brain box that needs to be saved or backed up if you are deciding to disconnect the battery or replacing radio with aftermarket one? My battery is constantly draining if I don't drive it every other day. Also my air condition only can be turned on high or low, no medium option. I was told this was because the memory was compromised by disconnecting battery. trying to receive feedback since these are non-NSX owners telling me this.

Nonsense. The only thing in the stereo that you lose by disconnecting the battery is your radio station presets. And obviously you wouldn't expect them to be saved if you are replacing the radio.

My battery is constantly draining if I don't drive it every other day.
Then there is something wrong with the wiring in your car, perhaps a short circuit, or some device that is putting a drain on the battery. Assuming the battery is good and fully charged, a stock NSX should be able to be started after sitting undriven for up to two weeks.

You'll need to troubleshoot by testing the various circuits to see which one is draining the battery.

More nonsense. It's possible that your climate control board is starting to fail. You can find information about how to remove it and send it to NSXprime user Briank for refurbishing on his website (click here).

Sounds like you're getting misinformation by listening to people who don't know anything about the NSX.
