The trick (to the eBay post) is this:
1) $100,000 car
2) $10,000 per raffle ticket
3) 2,000 tickets!!!

That means that it costs you $10,000 to get a 0.05% chance of winning the car. If this raffle works, the seller pays $100,000 for a car, and receives at least $20,000,000 in raffle tickets. Fortunately, the rest of the world is (hopefully) a little too smart to fall for something like this.
