buy 96 or ealier or 97 or later model?

Ok here goes -- new to forum -- do not own NSX yet.
My question - should I buy a 97/98 model (I like the extra HP and the 6 speed) or buy a 94/95/96 model and invest the diffrence in aftermarket items such as 18/17 wheels and tires and engine HP --
Looking for opinions from NSX owners.

What do you care about? If you care about performance, get the '97+. If you only care about looks, save the money and buy bigger wheels.

Remember, if you get the '97+, you can always add mods and stuff later.

My personal feeling is not to get the 95/96 model. Either go with a 91-94 if you want to save a few bucks and mod it, or 97+ if you want the bigger engine and six-speed.

But I do know owners of 95/96s who love them, so who's to say...

if you get a 96 over a 97... you save enough to buy a basch supercharger.
