I don't think any of this will work... the bumper looks perfectly fine when it is 70 degrees in the shade... The pics I sent were 90 degree air temp and in the sun. So it definitely expands and contracts with heat. My new one is already doing it slightly too. I think switching to a fiberglass aftermarket bumper in the only way to fix it.
my blk/blk only does this in the sun. but I have had the bumper off before and thought about doing this. there is enough room in there to do a custom foam to reinforce this. simple get a chunk of styrofoam cut it to fit in the open area where this occurs and it should hold the plastic up when its weak from heat. one for both side and your done. just never got around to doing this.
