Call the cops! The VIN doesn't match an automatic car. The autos always have 126 instead of 115.

He says he's from NY, but is now in Miami. He could have a cell phone from NY, and never changed the number.
That will be more and more common, as number portability becomes more widespread (even for non-cell phones).
If someone wants to get an NSX cheap, this may be the way to go (assuming he doesn't pull some crap like closing the auction because he doesn't get enough).
Personally, I am not interested in a salvage title of any kind, but if it doesn't bother you ...

Ecocar has offices in Florida and New York. There is a lot of history about Ecocar on NSX prime. This is not the first car to be posted about.
