Which is the easiest way to pull a pair of wires through from the underhood to car's interior? I tried going through the harness that enters next to the underhood fuse panel but couldn't get very far. Any other points of entry?

I have pulled mine through that hole. I used a 12" long piece of 3/8" thin wall tubing, with a dull bullet shaped plug in one end, as a needle. Gently work the plugged end into the edge of the harness where it goes into the rubber plug, stretching the rubber plug as you wiggle the tube through. Once you get it 4" in, push the ends of the wires you want to pull through into the open end of the tube, tape it in place with lots of electrical tape pulled very tight. The tape needs to run from the wire toward the tubing so there are not lots of edges which will catch as you pull it though the plug.

Now go inside, lay on your back and dismantle the panels from under the passenger side of the dash until you see the end of the 'needle' poking through. Gently pull the tubing into the passenger compartment along with your wires.

I used this technique to pull the phone jacks for my laser jammer through so I know it will work even for a plug that size. Make sure to have the pull planned so you can get all the wires you need through at one time. If you have more wires than will fit inside the tube, tape them off as close as possible to the end of the tube and bring them through at the same time. Once all the wires are through the hole, you can pull the wires back and forth to correct lengths and make a clean appearance.
