Best place to rent cars monthly for a short term (5 months)?

Basically my company is asking me to rent a car for a guy in our company.

We need a rather short lease term of 5 months and having trouble finding a good place that is cost effective. Right now places like Budget, Hertz want close to $900 month so that's $4500 for 5 months ~ ouch!

Dealers in general don't do such short leases...

Any ideas?
