Hello
After 20 years i am going to replace my timing belt on my 92. I checkd with the dealer and the parts seemwd high. $250 for belt $450 for water pump. It came to $1400.00 and that didnt include gaskets.I did a quik check online and found a lost better prices so i thought before i go any furthur i would check with you guys. Also a read that the new water pump would require a new lower cover. Is this true or can the lower cover be modified for the weep hole on the new pump? Thanks for the help.
