Looking for used Exhaust that will give me the best Performance and Sound for the $. Thanks

the exhaust is not normally bought to improve performance. Despite manufacturer claims, you might get 3-5 HP or so over a stock exhaust on an otherwise stock car. Headers are really the "performance" upgrade there.

As fo sound, that's really a subjective thing. Best thing to do is to attend an NSX gathering and listen to several different exhausts to see what you like best.
