I guess my ego was a bit relieved after this run session when I found out that my rear A032's were already cording! ;Q

Listen to the lyrics to the song in the video!

Nice videao indeed ....... I watched it at least three times for clues and noticed that by turn 5 you were closing in on the S2000 and then he picked up ........ perhaps he took a better track out by rubbing less rubber?

I also noticed that your steering was moving back and forth on the turns, was the track condition poor or were you at the limit and sensing some rear wheel wiggle?

Such feedback could be great instructtional material.

And don't you have a SC (?) in which case you should have reeled the S200 on the front straight no ....?

Nice Video. It is hard to analyze the video because of the song. I wish I can hear the engine and the tire work.

I went to Willow Springs the day after Mark went. With My M3, 174RWHP, 2873 lbs. and Michelin pilot Sport Cup. Got down to 1:38.14 in my first time ever at Willow Springs. Comparing my time, a SC NSX with A032R, should be in the range of 1:30, especially in WS, which is a high speed track.

Marc, will you be joining us in Thunderhill? Great chance to practice for OTC. Nothing beats track time.

Hey Andrie-

Afraid I can't make Thunderhill, but I definately want to get out there soon, never having run that track before.

The day I shot the video, well, let's just say that my A032's had one two many heat cycles. I was down to the beginning of the cords on one or the rears after this run, so the car was WAY loose as you can probably tell (especially around turns 4-6) Also, we were overheating a bit because of a larger prototype BBSC aftercoller radiator which (thanks to this track event - I love being the guenea pig!

we found out to be blockimg too much air to the enginne radiator, so we had to take it a bit easier than we would have on the motor.

Definately not my best lap times that day, but any day you can go out to the track and have fun is still a good day in my book! BTW, my new 16/17" Kumhos are supposed to arrive from tirerack any day!
