BBQ in a park ?

Sunday the 27th would work for me, and it sounds like its better for several other folks.
 
I thought we originally agreed to Sat. the 26th. Oh well I'm out. Maybe next time.
 
Giving myself the bump and letting everyone know that based on responses, the agreed upon date is now Sunday, May 27th. I apoligize to those who wanted the 26th......I'm in the process of picking the park. When I do, I'll start the new thread (like Scorp John suggested).

Yes, It's still on.........(May 27th). I'm still deciding on the location....Have faith Gil........I'll get a location ASAP

I guess it is a long shot. People are having finals this month. 1/4th of us are probably quite stressed out. I will have to be at bottom side of earth on 27th, there is absolute no chance that I will be able to make it.

Any chance for June?:biggrin:
 
Jason, I've already changed the date once...I think if I do it again I'll be banned from Prime. Who is 1/4 ? Finals are usually over by mid May....The planned date is for late May. Of course I want you to go......Please see if you can make it........

I know Mike, I still had to ask and give it a try:biggrin:. I don't like to go down without at least try.

We meet up a lot anyway, so it is ok. I already have plane ticket booked. I really need a real vacation.
 
I'm finalizing the location.........The date is still the same.....
 
I should have an Orange County location confirmed by Tuesday........the date has not changed (Sunday,May 27).
 
Any park on Memorial w-end is gonna be a war zone. I don't mind driving but I'm not sure how you're going to be able to 'reserve' lots of 'safe from the hoards' parking spots. Unless we all have to be there by 8am. That then becomes breakfast in the park. Not whining but just by .02...

Nobody is more anal about car parking security than me....that's why the place I'm considering will provide us w/ a secured parking area thanks to the generosity of a Prime member
