Base idle adjust on DBW car

I searched all threads and FAQs but didn't find an answer: How can I adjust the base idle on a '98 DBW cp. without puzzling the ECU? The little screw on top of the throttle body (usualy sealed with yellow colour) seems to be the solution on older non DBW cars but in the newer ones this doesn't work (I guess there it is the mixture adjust).

Any hint appreciated.

Why does it not work? It worked for me yesterday!!!

The idle bypass screw is in a different spot on the DBW throttle body's. It is at about 10 o'clock facing the throttle body from the drivers side, BUT it is at 90 degrees. You will see it runs to a passage that has a pair of hoses going to the intake manifold.

Let me know if you have any questions.
