BAC Mono road test...

Thank you for posting this! I had not seen it, but the BAC Mono is pure sex on wheels.

Last week I posted another video in the thread in the off topic forum: http://www.nsxprime.com/forum/showthread.php?t=154909

Here's your link embedded:

Once they have saturated the UK market they will probably reconsider making it US road legal.

"The thing about Americans is there's a lot of them..."

It does not look very safe to drive on the public road, even with the helmet. If some DUI guy T-bone you, you will be crushed.

Well here are some options...

It's road legal in the UK, so it must meet some kind of crash standards. In any case, it's all about the pure driving experience, and is the closest thing to a formula car that you can drive on the street. I'd be willing to take the risk to drive one. :D

There's a new Tramontana in the works, but I still prefer the BAC Mono! (Not that I'll have either, lol.)

I don't think any of these cars quit match up to the BAC mono

It's a very highly praised car. This was very evident since the first review of it and is still very well praised.

The last time I've seen a car that made such a splash was the Lotus Elise.

I'm very hopeful for the future of this car.

I can only imagine the head-turning it will get being driven down the road in the US.

It might be dangerous to drive but certainly no more dangerous than the numerous super bikes running around. Doesn't make much sense to allow super-bikes to be road legal but this car not.
