It's road legal in the UK, so it must meet some kind of crash standards. In any case, it's all about the pure driving experience, and is the closest thing to a formula car that you can drive on the street. I'd be willing to take the risk to drive one.It does not look very safe to drive on the public road, even with the helmet. If some DUI guy T-bone you, you will be crushed.
There's a new Tramontana in the works, but I still prefer the BAC Mono! (Not that I'll have either, lol.)
