AZ - Oct. 22nd NSX and S2K get together

Sorry we wont be making the show and shushi but if you guys want something to do after sushi, we are going to scottsdale barcelona later-the band starts around 11.

Hey guys.
For people meeting in Tempe, I say we should meet up on the NE corner of Southern ave and Rural Rd. at 630pm, we will leave no later than 650pm (please arrive promptly). There is a Fry's supermarket there with a huge parking lot and it is never full. Location is pretty central to everyone in Tempe.

Everyone who wants to come by all means come in whatever cars you decide to bring. This is a nsxprime/s2ki meet so if you're a member to the any of the boards come on by.
Joe

:frown: Hope you guys are having fun right now *sniff*

It's Saturday, I'm at work, and still no NSX :frown:

Erin... looking at the black '96 in Ft Myers... the bank will give me enough for a '96, but not a '91-'94.... oh darn (sarcasm)

Hope to be on the road soon...

I really hope that black '96 works out for you! You gotta do what the back says.

BTW, there were a few guys who pulled up later in the evening. There was a red (with black top) and a black car... who were you? I didn't get to meet you guys because I was busy getting my free meal at YC's BBQ. When I came back out you were gone. :frown:

Don't worry, the two NSX owners went to sushi with us.
The red NSX belongs to a local NSX owner, Andy. A super nice guy who is funny as heck. And the black NSX belongs to Greg (brickdds), from Tucson. Greg is super funny, and has some crazy stories to tell!!!

It was great meeting all the S2000 guys as well!! David - thanks for the photos!!! Can't wait to hang again. I love the S2000's as much as the s2000 owners love the NSXs, but it would be selfish of me to buy a S2000 at this point...

Here are some photos I took:

One of the best things about owning an NSX is we get to hang out with some of the coolest NSX and S2k owners.

Greg (brickdds) and Andy are two hilarious guys, and we couldn't spend enough time with them. We went to dinner around 9pm. We finished dinner around 10:30pm, and stayed outside chatting til 2am with Greg, and then went over to Andy's place, and hung out til 3am!!! I didn't get to bed til 4am today. Man it was a fun evening!!!

Here's a photo of me following Andy's NSX to his place. I LOVE looking at NSXs, they are just so gorgeous, especially when you see one at night, with its amazing lights and low and wide stance.

Can't wait to do it all again!!!!

It was a great way to cap off the weekend getting to spend time with old NSX friends and making new ones; I look forward to doing it again soon! The timing was perfect as my original intent was to raise the car, and add the SOS non-compliance beam and front clamp thingy (I can feel every seed I drive over now!!). I am going to Dallas this Friday, hopefully they have as active and friendly/fun a group as Phoenix does.
Y'all have a great week!

Hey guys,
It was awesome meeting/seeing you guys. Hopefully we can set up a drive to Tombstone as that would be fun. Awesome AZ bunch.
Good fun once again. Maybe we should restart the dimsum expirience every Sunday again
Hey Joe,
I'd LOVE to drive to tombstone sometime. That would be awesome if you could set something like that up.

You guys ever drive to the top of Mt. Lemmon? Lots of sharp twisties... have to go slow but a very pretty drive. Definatley worth it...

That is a great drive up to Mt. Lemmon, very scenic. We'll plan a drive up there, but probably not until next year since it is a little late in the season and already cold up there.

You seldom can go very fast on that road anyway due to traffic and the lack of passing zones. Not to mention the police typically patrol it fairly rigorously. Definitely have to do it though next year.
