How do I convert an Automatic Motor to 5 speed motor?

I have a 5 speed motor and am planning to pick up an automatic motor, and I would like to convert the auto motor to a 5 speed. What parts from my 5 speed to do I need to swap/install?

Seriously though, I'm going to defer to the established gurus such as LarryB on this one. I don't think it's a whole hell of a lot though.

The Cams is the biggest thing. I can't remember exactly what the other part it. I think the valve springs???

I have a 5 speed trans ready to go. So i need to swap the cams and valve springs? anything else? ECU?
