The japanese have a much wider color spectrum to choose from. One color which seems particularly interesting is the chrome-silver mentioned in the FAQ. Unfortunately there are no close up photos I could find. If anyone has some to post I would be most grateful!

Is there a paint code for this? Is it OEM? Never seen this before, but I love the look.
Ive never seen it before on any NSX site or on the build your own NSX part of honda.co.jp. Im sure it would be on some kinda shots at some point in time during the last 12 years....

It is a JDM color, as stated above. Since you don't understand what that means, let me try to explain it for you.
It is a color developed and used BY Honda FOR the NSX.
If you have a problem with it, then maybe you should advise the NSX design team. I'm sure they are awaiting your next post with rapt attention.

Actually, I like the fact that the NSX draws more attention than a golfer w/ 3 arms,
and I also happen to like the chrome-silver color; 
however, there is a way to address the issue w/ common respect for another NSXer, maybe you lack that, I don't know nor do I care. 
No hard feelings, just try to approach these situations w/ a little more understanding. (It's not as if the chrome-silver color was your idea in the NSX design meeting & I denounced it in front of you & all your colleagues, I merely made a random comment on a website; by no means the end of your world, I'm sure. )My point: NSX = attention

There is no Chrome Silver color. Likely, the photo is of Sebring Silver picking up a lot of light and reflections. When really clean, they can have this mirror effect, especially when parked on a street with high contast objects around like this photo was from.

The section on colors looks like it shows all the colors (up until 2001, anyway), including all the Japan-only colors like lime green, but it doesn't mention "chrome silver". Is this something new? Otherwise, it might just be a custom color that someone did in the aftermarket...
