Anyone near Flower Mound with some time to kill?

Ball finally rolling. Looking for someone near Flower Mound to check up on the construction of a home for construction draw purposes. Im guessing it will take around 30 mins (at most) 2 times a month or so. Basically, I have a checklist of the items that need to be completed before giving the contractor more money to move on to the next phase.

I just need someone to verify that the items in process are completed by physical inspection and some photos.

I'll compensate for time and gas. If you are able, PM or post here to work out details. Look forward to seeing you guys in TX!
