Anyone know the manufacturer of this wide rear fender?

Hi, I'm sure some of you have seen this NSX police car chase footage on youtube.

It looks to me that the car has a wide rear fender, but I'm not sure.
It looks awfully wide from the rear view but maybe it's just the aspect ratio of the footage.
Does anyone the manufacturer of the rear fender if that is the case?

Looks like a custom job. Most people going Widebody modify the rears to what they like.
