Nice! Did you get your broker License??? You don't need to find broker to find the office space bro... It's all over the OC area. If you wanna be in really good place, you can get one in Plaza building in Irvine. It's off by 405 fwy at Jamboree exit.

Hey Thomas, how's it going? Long time no talk or see. You should come by the office once we have everything dialed in. I call you once I have chance. I think we are set on an office in tustin. It works well for our needs and most importantly our budget.

My buddy specializes in South OC for commercial property. Yes you don't need a broker but the lessor? (person leasing the property) pays for the broker's services so why not use one?
